The popularity of small displacement, high rpm, turbocharged racing engines has created a need for an even higher output ignition for DIS systems. Like the popular MSD DIS ignitions, the DIS-HO Models are designed for vehicles with distributorless ignition systems with two, three or four coil packs. The HO models produce an incredible 170 milliJoules of energy with 470 volts going to the coil packs, plus the CD circuits deliver a series of multiple sparks below 3,000 rpm. This combination is more that capable of completely burning the fuel mixture of race engines with through-the-roof cylinder pressure.

The DIS-HO Ignitions share all of the same built-in features and multiple sparks of the original DIS Ignitions.

Note: These Ignitions are not CARB approved and recommended for racing applications only. This Ignition is for 3 or 4-Coil Packs.
