Hypertech ThermoMaster Power Chips™ are direct replacement for the stock chip. It contains Power Tuning data that controls the air/fuel ratio and spark advance. It can be installed in less than 30 minutes with only hand tools and no wiring or soldering is needed. A PowerStat or low-temperature thermostat must be used with this chip for maximum performance. The cool air contains more air molecules per cubic inch, which produces more horsepower and is less likely to detonate than an engine with hot air. The ThermoMaster Power Chip is programmed to take advantage of this cool air.
