Performer Multi-Point EFI System For GM Small-Block Vortec Replacement Engines

Calibrated for the GM Vortec factory replacement engine, these multi-point fuel injection systems deliver outstanding performance in 1987-95 trucks originally equipped with Throttle Body Injection. Get a GM #12530282 long block, install it in a truck with an Edelbrock EFI system, and enjoy modern performance without buying new. In dyno tests, we got 265 hp at 4500 rpm and 340 ft/lbs. of torque at 3500 rpm. 50-state street legal* Performer Multi-Point EFI Systems greatly increase torque and horsepower throughout the rpm range. They use the stock air valve and computer for a cost-effective conversion. Kits include everything shown here except the fuel pump because applications vary. You must purchase one of the fuel pump kits listed on page 15 to complete your installation. Please note: Vortec EGR Adapter #2899 required to route exhaust to the EGR valve, calibrated for stock camshaft only.
