Ram Powergrip Clutch Sets
RAM Powergrip clutches are ideal for newer and older muscle cars
that are predominately street driven, but may see the track once or
twice a year. Powergrip is also a great option for increased
service life in commercial and off road vehicles. Each Powergrip
set contains an OEM or better pressure plate, Powergrip clutch
disc, release bearing, and alignment tool. Disc friction materials
may vary within applications between Kevlar composite, metallic, or
premium organic. Because the Powergrip disc provides increase
holding power by using a higher coefficient of friction material,
some chatter may occur. Powergrip clutches are covered by a
1-year/12,000 mile limited warranty in stock passenger cars and a
30 day warranty when installed in modified, off-road, or commercial
vehicles.



Powergrip Performance Clutch sets

As engine power and torque levels increase, Powergrip Clutch sets
meet the challenge.  Powergrip utilizes a unique blend of 900
and 300 series friction materials and increased clamp loads to give
you the holding power needed for aggressive street driving,
occasional drag strip use, and the all around performance you
expect from your clutch system.  Some chatter will occur on
takeoff.  Use Powergrip for modified street/strip cars.



Powergrip HD Clutch sets

Powergrip HD sets are the ultimate for extreme street/strip
performance. Using our proprietary 900 series friction material in
conjunction with increased clamp load pressure plates, you get
maximum holding power for track or street, with only minimal
reduction in driveability. This is the set for big power street
cars! Some chatter will occur on takeoff. Use only with RAM billet
steel or factory nodular iron (explosion resistant)
flywheels. 



Powergrip HDX Clutch sets

HDX Clutch sets are the performance upgrade for your daily
driver/hot rod. Pressure plates feature increased clamp loads
and 300 Series organic clutch disc. 300 series consists of
steel backed organic facing material that greatly increases
rotational strength, and an eight spring center hub for excellent
shock absorption. Use HDX sets for cars with bolt on mods and mild
power enhancements, for street or strip.
