Each patented Proform Socket Assist has a 12-point end for
maximum finger traction and for minute turns. Also, the Socket
Assist uniquely allows using a combination wrench that’s equal to
or smaller -- not larger -- than the socket drive size. So, Socket
Assist allows a large spark-plug socket with a 3/8" drive opening
to be turned by a small 1/4" wrench. The tool’s non-12-point end
has a 1/4" or 3/8" square drive with a spring-loaded detent ball
that secures the socket. The colorful, self-selling blister-packed
kit includes three different Socket Assists: 1/4"x1/4", 1/4"x3/8",
